Analysis of the Implementation of Integrated Quality Management at the Regional Public Hospital Maria Walanda Maramis

This study aims to determine the implementation of integrated quality management at Maria Walanda Maramis Regional General Hospital after achieving full accreditation status from a hospital accreditation agency. The research method used in this study is descriptive research. The type of data used in this study is qualitative. The data collection techniques in this study were observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the characteristics of integrated quality management such as: 1) customer focus; 2) obsession with quality; 3) long-term commitment; 4) continuous improvement; 5) education and training; 6) teamwork; and 7) unity of purpose are still well implemented. Maria Walanda Maramis Regional General Hospital also needs to create a written document related to standard operating procedures that discuss rewards for individuals who do not provide services in accordance with the predicate of completeness in providing health services at the hospital.
