Abstract

This study aims to examines how talent management (TM) and knowledge management (KM) influence the performance of Millennial and Generation Z employees in contemporary organizations. A total of 34 empirical articles published between 2023 and 2024 were analyzed using a structured screening process. The findings reveal that both TM and KM significantly enhance performance, yet through generation-specific mechanisms. The review also highlights that integrating TM and KM creates synergistic effects, strengthening capability development, innovation, and engagement across both cohorts. Despite these benefits, current research remains fragmented, lacking unified frameworks that explain how TM–KM interactions shape performance among digital-native employees. The study offers an integrated perspective and outlines implications for future research and organizational practice.
