Abstract

This study examines the role of top management in fostering dynamic capabilities within SMEs amid an increasingly uncertain economic landscape. Using a quantitative correlational approach with surveys and interviews, the study explores the relationship between dynamic capabilities (absorption, innovation, learning, adaptation) and strategic dimensions (strategy, organization, HR, technology). Results show that SMEs with proactive leadership and strategic vision demonstrate higher adaptability and innovation, supporting long-term resilience. The findings underscore the importance of leadership in promoting learning, knowledge management, and tech integration. Future studies are encouraged to investigate other factors affecting business sustainability.
