Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee quality, non-physical work environment and discipline on the performance of employees of Class IIB Muara Bulian Penitentiary. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample in the study were all employees of Class IIB Muara Bulian Penitentiary totaling 63 employees. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Regression Test, t-test and F-test, and Determination Coefficient (R²). Data processing in this study used SPSS software program version 28. The results of the study showed that partially employee quality influenced the performance of Class IIB Muara Bulian Penitentiary employees, non-physical work environment influenced the performance of Class IIB Muara Bulian Penitentiary employees, discipline influenced the performance of Class IIB Muara Bulian Penitentiary employees, while simultaneously employee quality, non-physical work environment, discipline had a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Class IIB Muara Bulian Penitentiary.
