Abstract

This study aims to analyze the usability level of the VMix broadcasting application and its influence on user satisfaction using the USE Questionnaire framework, which includes Usefulness, Satisfaction, Ease of Use, and Ease of Learning. Employing a causal associative quantitative approach, the research involved 30 VMix users from Western and Eastern Indonesia. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, the Usefulness and Ease of Learning variables significantly affect user satisfaction, while Ease of Use does not show a significant effect. However, when tested simultaneously, all three independent variables exert a significant influence on satisfaction, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 55.1%, indicating that 44.9% of the variance is explained by other factors. These results suggest that enhancing usability and ease of learning is crucial for improving user satisfaction, encouraging developers to prioritize these aspects in future updates.
