In the context of modern public service, the presence of this application is expected to enhance accessibility, efficiency, and transparency in document management for the community. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies to explore user experiences, implementation challenges, and the tangible impacts on the service process. The results indicate that digitalization not only shortens processing times and reduces queues but also provides space for active community participation in the creation of population documents. The implications of this study highlight the importance of sustainable collaboration between the government, the community, and technological support to realize public services that are humanist, responsive, and user-friendly.
