Employee Performance Study, Leadership Style and Work Motivation PT. Bina San Prima: Scoping Review

This scoping review evaluates the impact of leadership style on employee performance, job motivation, and satisfaction using a library research methodology. The study follows five key phases: formulating research questions, identifying and selecting relevant studies, constructing data charts, and summarizing findings. Covering research from 2014 to 2023, the review highlights the importance of harmonious workplace relationships. Findings indicate that leadership style significantly influences employee motivation, performance, and job satisfaction.
