Abstract

The study aims to analyze how information warfare in the Israel-Palestine conflict affects Indonesia and to formulate strategies for mitigating its negative impacts. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Primary data is derived from cases of disinformation spread on social media from October 7, 2023, to December 2024, as well as from online news articles discussing the impact of the Israel-Palestine war on Indonesia during the same period. The findings indicate that Israel-Palestine information warfare has affected Indonesia across social, political, security, and economic aspects. Mitigation efforts need to be implemented at multiple levels, from individuals and communities to the government, to prevent the negative impacts of Israel-Palestine information warfare in Indonesia.
