Abstract

This study examines the role of Civil Servants (ASN) as beautypreneurs to promote local economic development. Using a quantitative experimental approach, it evaluates the effectiveness of training programs on technical skills (soap-making) and soft skills (leadership, entrepreneurship). Data from 45 ASNs, collected via pre-test, post-test, interviews, and observations, show significant improvements in entrepreneurship and resource utilization, though packaging knowledge remains a gap. Key skills like leadership and creativity emerged, but further support is needed. The study highlights ASN’s potential in community empowerment and calls for future research on long-term impacts and program scalability.
