Improving Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment, Training, and Competency at KPP Pratama Binjai

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, employee training, and competence on employee performance at the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Binjai. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance through increasing loyalty and responsibility. Employee training improves technical skills and work efficiency, while competencies that include knowledge, skills, and attitudes have a direct impact on the quality of work. Simultaneously, these three variables have a strong influence on creating optimal employee performance. This study recommends KPP Pratama Binjai to improve its continuous training program, strengthen organizational commitment, and develop employee competencies to improve productivity and service quality.
