Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work experience, work climate, and work ability on employee performance at the Pratama Binjai Tax Service Office (KPP). The research method used is a qualitative approach with interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The results of the study show that work experience plays a role in improving the understanding of tasks and the effectiveness of employees' work. A positive work climate encourages motivation and job satisfaction, while work ability contributes directly to efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks. Overall, these three factors interact with each other in determining optimal employee performance. Therefore, the performance improvement strategy at KPP Pratama Binjai needs to be focused on continuous training, the creation of a conducive work environment, and the development of employee skills to be able to adapt to changes in tax policies.
